Charming house in picturesque setting.

Some friends and I rented this house for a month in July/August (the offseason in Northern Vermont). We were looking for somewhere secluded and scenic to play music together. The house was very cozy, clean and spacious, and the elevated porch in back was an ideal touch in the summertime. The surrounding area was gorgeous, with undulating green mountains and foothills in every direction. There was a fantastic swimming hole in a nearby river within walking distance. The owners were friendly and accomodating, always ready with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, etc. Worth noting is that it's in the country, so you need a car to get almost anywhere (except the swimming hole and a local gas station). Jay Vista completely met and exceeded my party's expectations.
