On the picturesque town cove in Orleans Village. Right out your window you'll see the lobster men and shell-fishermen working, see the swans, ducks, herons, seals, horseshoe crabs. So close you can touch. Walk to town center, shops, restaurants,... kayak, sail, bike, fish, picnic, shell, grille, relax on the swings.... adjacent to historic Windmill Park. Our salt air is therapeutic and invigorating.

We are conveniently located less than 1 minute off route 6 (mid cape highway) on the saltwater Orleans town cove. Private and quiet, yet within walking distance to fantastic shops, restaurants, liquor store and supermarket. It's really the best location on the Cape. You will love it!
