Photos and Description of the Palm Coast vacation cottage rental
Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-6)

Peaceful, clean, cozy cottage on dead-end road (only 3 houses on road - nobody across the street) between A1A and ocean. Short walking distance (just under 1/2 mile) to the ocean. You can hear the ocean from the house. Watch the dolphins in the ocean in the morning and collect sea shells all day long.

Updates to home include new bathroom, ceramic tile and cedar wood ceiling throughout living area of home. Freshly painted through-out the home and new carpet in the bedrooms. Screened in porch in the back of house and large wood deck on the front for sitting outside to enjoy the firepit or mother nature. Cottage sits on large lot covered in live oak trees.

Located seven miles north of Flagler Beach. Marineland is only a few miles north. Historic Saint Augustine is 20 miles north and downtown Daytona is 25 miles south. 80 miles from Jacksonville Airport and 90 miles from Orlando International. All modern conveniences in nearby Palm Coast community.

Ocean or pier in downtown Flagler Beach provides great fishing & surfing. Intercoastal waterway access one-half mile away.

If you desire a peaceful getaway, this place is for you. Public and private golf courses in all directions. Bike path easily accessible with community park (tennis, basketball, horseshoes, and swings) between the house and the ocean.

Looking for a long term renter - reduced rate for a full time renter.
