  • $ 150 (non taxable) Security Deposit reimbursed in the same form of payment it was received, after apartment inspection and receipt of keys/access beeper.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    Full payment is due 30 days before the check-in date.
    A thirty (30) day written notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or more prior to the arrival date are refundable but will incur a 5% administrative fee or $50 whichever is greater on rental fees already paid (less the $200 non-refundable reservation deposit). Cancellations that are made less than (30) days of the arrival date will forfeit accommodation fees paid. $60 cleaning fee, $150 security deposit and taxes will be reimbursed.
    In the event of a cancellation made before 30 days of arrival date, the $200 reservation deposit can be applied only one time if alternate booking is obtained.
    No show or departure prior to the scheduled date, 100% of the stay is charged
    Bad Weather
    Unused portion returned if evacuation is ordered by authorities, or the National Weather Service issues a hurricane warning for Puerto Rico.

Loíza: Loiza is a town with rich cultural traditions. St Patrick Church (1645) in Loiza is the oldest on the island still active as a parish church. Loíza is the best place to sample the Puerto Rican variety of Afro-Caribbean cuisine. The Loíza Carnival celebrates the African heritage of the town of Loíza. This annual folk (last week of July) festival features a religious ceremony, carnival, parade, floats, costumes, masks and bomba dancers. A lively Afro-Caribbean dance, bomba is at the root of the Puerto Rico's African heritage.

Nice Place Questionable Management and Owner

I must stay that the apartment itself was very nice and comfortable. If you're staying in Loiza you must have a car, GPS or good map and cash. Make sure to have a plan as to where you want to visit and have all of that ready before you get there. The property manager provided us with a hand drawn map of the closest attractions to the east and west of the community. The community is a great place to relax with the pools and beach a short walk away. Before you arrive take advantage of the Walmart that you'll pass on your way. The apartment isn't as stocked as they make it seem. When we got to the apartment there weren't any spices or trash bags. There was only 1/2 a roll of paper towels and about one cap full of laundry detergent which they listed among the things that they provide. WARNING make sure that you make the property manager do a through inspection before and after. I had a bad experience with the owner deducting my security deposit for failing to tell the them that the inside of the dryer had some scratches. They claimed that the scratches occurred during my stay and they were wrong they had no way of knowing because they didn't inspect the place with me before and after. They also waited two days after my stay to call me with those claims. Just be careful something did not seem right at the end. Staying at the apartment was a nice experience, dealing with manager and owner not so much. By the way it was over a week before I saw my security deposit back and that was only after I called to inquire about it. It's a shame!!
Owner's Response: I think this has been a learning experience for everyone. My suggestion to guests on any property: " make sure you inspect the property on arrival and please report damages as soon as you notice them”.

Great Getaway

We stayed here in the middle of May. The price was right and we were very glad with our choice. The apartment was very clean stocked with everything we needed to eat, sleep, clean, and shower. The location was not bad either. It's a gated community which provided a safe and peaceful environment. The beach and pharmacy were only a 2 minute walk and the rain forest and san juan were a short drive away as well. The owner was extremely helpful with any information we needed. Responses to emails and phone calls were quick. This is a great place for couples, or even a small group of friends (like us 3 college guys). We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to see puerto rico. You must have a rental car because taxis are expensive!! Enjoy your stay. We did! Thanks Carmen!

Best Vacation

We stay in this apartment from 4/11 to 4/18 2009, the apartment was super clean and LOADED with everything. The hostess is so nice she makes you feel right at home. The apartment is located very close to San Juan and all the major roads so the location is very convinient. The gated community was beautiful and SAFE and the amenities in the complex are perfect for families or couples alike. I would definetly recommed this to all travelers looking to get away from the expesive/busy city but still be within minutes if you wanted to go and explore the city. Was very sad to leave this wonderful place.

A pleasant stay

We stayed in the apartment from 147h to 19th of February. From booking till the day we left, everything was very nicely organized. Responses to our e-mail's were quick and very helpful.
Apartment was big, clean and very well equipped. Apartments plus side is, that it has back patio with very nice private green garden area.
Beach is very beautiful and it's not far away. If you dont like the sea then you can always use pool. There are no big noisemakers in the neighborhood so everything is nice and quiet. Everything you see in this profile is just as good as it looks and I am sure that no one will be disappointed
All the shops you need are just few minutes away.
Big thanks for our hostess, she really made the difference with all the help.

A Charming and Relaxing Oasis

Our stay at this apartment was a pleasant surprise all around - a perfect 10!
From dealing with the owner's representative to living at the property everything was perfect.
There is instant e-mail response so that communication is easy and reliable.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, super clean and filled with details that made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there on Christmas and it was very quiet.
Everything described in the profile is available and (more) the owner even leaves shampoo, soap and body lotion.
It is located in a gated complex with good security.
The location is a 20 minute drive from San Juan and just as far from El Yunque, the Rain Forest.
We highly recommend this for anyone's stay. You will enjoy this apartment with all its neat perks!
We rate our experience and the property A+!
