Enjoy this newly remodeled 1800 square foot three bedroom, two bath beautiful home, located in a quiet neighborhood that backs to a tree and wildlife area. Enjoy the privacy of the screened in porch, and heated pool that is maintained weekly. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, in a addition a kitchen nook. The dining room will comfortably seat eight and is adjacent to the patio. The oversized sliding doors open to the covered patio and screened in pool. There are plenty of pool toys and rafts. Additionally, there are beach and sand toys and an outdoor shower for those days at the beach.

Nearby, beautiful beaches with fantastic surfing at the Sebastian Inlet State park. Enjoy surfing, boogie boarding, sunbathing, fishing, shelling, etc. The park is known for it's secluded beaches. The Vero Beach Disney resort offers character breakfasts and is within 15 minutes. You may rent a boat to cruise the nearby Indian River. The lovely Sebastian Riverfront has numerous restaurants and a path for biking, rollerblading or jogging and is within 10 minutes. Sebastian is known for it's fishing, both inland and offshore. Spend the day on a charter catching grouper, redfish, tuna etc. Andretti Thrill Park is in nearby Melbourne. Vero Beach is knows for it's boutique shopping and fine dining restaurants and is 20 minutes away. Pelican Island Regue is 15 minutes away. The Indian River Mall is within 15 minutes. The Orlando attractions are only 90 minutes away. Or swim with the dolphins in Miami, just 75 miles away. For the thrill seeker, there is skydiving available.

We spent 2 glorious weeks at this exceptional rental property, which was better than advertised! What a delight to find a beautifully appointed house with all the bells and whistles! We loved the spaciousness and the way the living area completely opened up to the pool area creating a great outdoor environment! An entire window wall slid into a pocket door! Amazing! I enjoy cooking and found a kitchen with every cooking need addressed. It was better equipped than my own home! We loved the ample storage areas and felt "at home" right from the start. The home was immaculate and the owners very responsive to any concern. The only compaint was that the pool could have been warmer - but then again we're older and perhaps more senstive to water temperature. We can hardly wait to go back next year! Feel free to call or e-mail if you're considering renting this property and we can provide more detail. This is a marvelous rental that will please even the most discriminating renter! A++++

Fantastic home! Beautifully decorated and updated. Heated pool, great set up and decor. Less than ten minutes to Golden Sands Beach (near Disney resort property) and Vero Beach. Really great owners, easy to work with and prompt responses. I would not hesitate to rent this house...exceeded my expectations!

My family and I just spent the holiday vacation at this wonderful home which is very well maintained. The minute we came through the front door we felt like we were at home. The decor and layout are comfortable. Many updates throughout the home. Relaxing by the pool without any interruptions was the best! If you find yourself planning a trip to the area, you need to stay at this home. We will be back!
