A stunning 3 bedroom home that we call 'TROPICAL ISLES' located on a wide canal with a gorgeous, kidney shaped pool, a hot tub for 7 and more. Each bedroom has a glass slider within 6 feet of the pool, wake up and jump in!! Sliders have child proof locks. Every room has a water view! We have 80 feet of dock with room for up to a 25' boat. Love it!

Large living room and dining room, over 30' long. Leather sectional and leather queen sleeper couch. New furniture, refrigerator,beds and even silverware, pots and pans, washer and dryer. Minutes to shopping, golf, beaches, entertainment and hundreds of restaurants. Night life galore, water parks, museums, para-sailing, jet skiing and boating, all within minutes of the front door!. Kids will love the pool, the hot tub and we have board games, pool toys and fishing gear for them too.

Certain holidays including Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving plus special event weeks, add $300.00/wk.

    Pool heating is optional at $15.00/day in the cooler months

    We do not allow Spring Breakers

    Small dogs will be considered at a fee of $100.00 per week

  • The master cabana bath exits directly to the pool and is convenient for use from the pool and showers after being in the pool. The guest bath is next to the guest rooms and has a small tub/shower, makeup stool and large mirror with a corner toilet.

  • The house is designed for privacy by being built in an L shape with the pool located in the middle. the master bedroom is on one leg of the L, the guest rooms are on the other leg of the L with the dining room and living room separating all. There is direct access to the pool by each bedroom though the sliding glass doors and a view of the water from each bedroom. The master bedroom has a large, flat screen TV on the wall, both other bedrooms also have TV's.

Notes: This home has one small step to enter the front door allowing access with a wheelchair. There is also a small step down to the pool, about 3 inches, making it easy to push a wheelchair outside and even down to the dock. The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible as the doors are too narrow. The master bedroom does have a seat in the shower.

331 SE 6th Court, Pompano Beach, FL: You will love our beautiful home that we recently converted to a vacation rental. My wife and I lived here for several years, then bought a larger home nearby. This was rented on a long term basis, but now rented as a vacation rental. It took several weeks of living here to convert it, buy all new furniture and furnishings, paintings, linens and even silverware and kitchen utensils. We then decorated, bought new pool furniture and dressed it up just for you.

We have it all, a beautiful pool, hot tub for 7, a very wide canal with boats going by, golf and shopping just 3 or 4 minutes away, beautiful oil free beaches, miles and miles of them. Pompano Beach is only 3 minutes away with plenty of parking. There are thousands of restaurants of every kind, from white table cloth to sports bars and pubs including ethic and kosher restaurants. The food in many is excellent and we have a guest book at the house that will give you our ratings of many of the local eateries.

Ocean beauty, beaches and entertainment: Pompano Beach is in the middle of the 20 + mile beach strip of Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano and Deerfield Beach. Regardless of whether you drive North or South or 2 minutes straight ahead, you will enjoy the gorgeous, oil free Atlantic Ocean beaches of all three cities. What more can you ask for than to be centrally located between these world famous beaches, each with their own personality and tourist attractions and atmosphere. Just drive down A1A alongside the beach, see the yachts go by, visit the marinas, take a look at the multi-million dollar homes with 4 and 5 million dollar yachts parked in front of them. This is the yachting capitol of the world where you will find the largest and most beautiful yachts ever made, the playground of the rich and famous.

Sit on the beach and see these yachts go by, go to Hillsboro Inlet beach and see these yachts shoot in through the waves. Do you like shelling? The beach at Hillsboro is where to go!

Wonderful, Relaxing Vacation!

We enjoyed a fabulous 10 days in this lovely home located on a canal, which had great views and spectacular sunsets. The home is very spacious and clean. All of the bedrooms were very accomodating. The living room was relaxing and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking and came fully equipped. The best part of this home was the large pool and surrounding deck area. We are looking forward to returning next year. We would highly recommend this property to everyone.

The Perfect getaway

We stayed in this wonderful house for a short getaway, and absolutely loved it. The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool was great after a full day at the beach, walking, and shopping. The owners were good to work with. We had a minor problem with the bathroom lights, and the owner sent someone by to fix it on Sunday. The house is conventiently located close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Vacation

From the second we walked in we enjoy this home, what you see is what you get and it's perfect, Mal and Dianne made our vacation a wonderful time right from the first e-mail requesting info on there home, everything in the home is top rate, the home is kept so clean, everything you need is there, the location is perfect and very easy to get to, also there’s so much to do around the area, we spent a lot of our time enjoying the home and lounging around the yard, the pool area and hot tub are wonderful, this was our first family vacation without any plans expect to enjoy and relax all together and Mal and Dianne's home made it that much enjoyable, this was our first time renting but not our last, thanks again Mal and Dianne see you next year.

What a fun week we had in this house in Pompano Beach. Easy access to and from wherever you may want to go or a great place to just lounge around and relax, as the atmosphere is pretty unbeatable. The layout of the house is very comfortable and accommodating, and the owners have compiled a book of information that is very helpful, as well as providing many amenities that you may not usually have (like pool floats and outstanding lounge chairs). Speaking of owners, Mal and Dianne were spectacular throughout the process and made it a breeze to arrive at their home in Florida without a hitch. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!
