Enjoy the ocean view from the roof level observation deck and walking distance to the Avalon Fishing Pier and several local restaurants. The bedding in this home consist of 2 queen beds, 1 day bed, pyramid bunk set, and a queen sleep sofa. The amenities offered in this home are central heat and air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, carpet, ceiling fans, and telephone. 2 color TVs, VCR, DVD and high speed internet connection, and stereo with CD player will entertain the family. Enjoy the screened porch and sun deck w/deck furniture, beach equipment, BBQ grill and enclosed outside shower. NO PETS. Saturday Turnover, MP 6, Property ID 34930. Linen packages available.
