Casa Can Nadal is a large village house on the outskirts of Sineu. Due to its elevated location, a wonderful vision opened. The high-quality reformed and very well equipped village house with typical Majorca stone facade is divided into ground floor and first Floor. You enter the house and finds himself in a large entrance hall again from where you can enter the garage and gets on the lower terrace. There, the pool is built. The pool area can be completed childproof through the door to the garage. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and the bedroom with bunk beds. A staircase with 17 steps to reach the top of the house. Here is the kitchen, the living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, WiFi and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The bedroom and living room and kitchen have direct access to the 50m2 terrace from where you can enjoy a stunning view up to the Puig de Randa.

Stunning views from a stunning villa!

Casa Can Nadal is situated in a perfect location with easy access to all the local amenities provided by the beautiful town of Sineu, and the surrounding area. The villa enjoys an elevated position and offers fantastic views from both the upper and lower balconies. The villa is immaculately presented, very spacious, and provides everything you would expect in order to simply relax and enjoy your holiday - although a couple of sun loungers would be a welcome addition:-) Sineu offers a plethora of shops and places to eat. If you enjoy pasta and pizza then "Tomassini" is the place for you. Excellent food, a buzzy atmosphere, and a charming host. If you just want to sit a while and enjoy a drink with the locals, we would recommend "Bar Triquet". It's a traditional family run bar situated in a prime location in the main square. The host, Gabriel, is a real gentlemen and an excellent source for those requiring a local weather report: the usual response is "Marvellous!" Don't miss the market on Wednesdays! It's a truly unforgettable experience and offers something for everyone. Get there early because it attracts hundreds of day-trippers, such is its popularity. Friday night is dancing night in Sa Placa and is a wonderful, lively experience. The square is full of al fresco diners, many of whom are locals with their families enjoying good food and good company. You may be tempted to have a bit of a boogy so don’t forget your dancing shoes! It’s great fun!

Sineu is a lovely old town and is the perfect base for everything the beautiful island of Majorca has to offer whether on foot, by bike, or by car or train.

We would highly recommend Casa Can Nadal to anyone looking for an immaculate, clean and well presented villa situated in a prime location. We had a fantastic holiday and often drift back to the al fresco fun we shred on the villa's balconies, whilst soaking up the hot sun and stunning views. Can we move in?

Lovely house with beutiful view

We spend two weeks in this lovely and spacious house.

We loved it!

Terraces are large, brand new kitchen and equipments, everything was really clean.

Garage is big, you can even park 2 cars there.

This villa had everything we needed.

Owner was really helpful and kind.

Sineu is an old and peaceful village without mass turism.

We recommend this house!

La plus belle villa de Sineu

Nous avons passé des merveilleuses vacances dans cette superbe villa à Sineu. La villa surplombe le village, elle était donc facile à trouver une fois arrivés à Sineu.

Au-delà de la description qui est parfaitement conforme à ce que nous avons constaté sur place, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la gentillesse du propriétaire et de son accueil chaleureux.

La suite à l'étage est immense avec une ouverture sur la terrasse d'en haut, c'est magnifique! Le parking intérieur avec une ouverture et fermeture commandées à distance peut contenir aisément deux citadines. L'ensemble de la villa est très bien sécurisé.

Attention cependant à la piscine car il s'agit d'une gonflable...Nous en avons quand même profité.

Quant au village en lui-même, il n'est pas pollué par le tourisme de masse, ce qui est une très bonne chose. Ne ratez surtout pas le marché de Sineu...

Au final, une très belle villa avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix qui nous a servi de base pour faire le tour de l'ile durant deux semaines. Encore merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Sineu is one of the more traditional villages in the middle of Mallorca and the perfect starting point for all kinds of holiday activities. The distance to the airport and to Palma is about 40 km, about 30 minutes by car, on the beach in the north in the bay of Alcudia you are already in 20 minutes. Sineu has a railway station. Railway line Palma-Manacor. The village itself offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as some historical sights. Wednesdays always takes place the well-known large market. The attraction is the many animals that are sold and exhibited here. From chicken to donkeys and more. The Mallorcan exploit this market also to present the typical pig Porc negre. The many bars on the squares load during the day and evening to relax, whether at a cafe con leche or a tasty Copa de Vino!

The central location of Sineu is one both in 20 min. On the beach and in the mountains. All sports and leisure activities are within 20-30 minutes in +/-. The village has a velodrome, tennis courts, a beautiful public swimming pool (open only in the summer), a fitness center and a lot of small paths for walking or jogging.
