Tropical Shores is a newly renovated canal front pool home. Villa I is decorated in a nautical beach theme. The first floor provides a large living room with a 37' flat screen TV and DVD/ VCR player. The dining room has seating for 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar. A new kitchen with granite counters is equipped for all your cooking needs. Also on the first floor is a large bedroom with a queen bed, seating area and views of the pool and canal. Upstairs consists of 2 large bedrooms. One has 2 bunk beds (twin/twin and twin/full), play station and private bath – perfect for kids! The Master Bedroom comes with a pillow top king bed, large closets, 27' flat screen TV and private en suite bathroom. Also attached is a private balcony with canal and bay views. Dock for your boat, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, toys and beach caddy are all provided to make your stay complete. Ask about our website for more information.

However, the soft white sugary sands of For Myers Beach may keep you local. Fishing, sailing, windsurfing, para-sailing, kayaking, dolphin, bird and manatee watching are only a few local activities. Short walk to the community pool/mini-water park, library with a beautiful shell collection, grocery store and several restaurants. Bike or trolley ride to Time Square for shopping and many more restaurants.

Great property at a great location

The property description and photos are absolutely accurate. The kitchen is better equipped than my own! Providing a very generous amount of glasses was very thoughtful. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Many amenities, such as beach supplies were not expected but supplied. The owners were very accomodating with special requests. The location is most convenient for beach, restaurants and grocery shopping. Traffic was a problem during holidays and weekends and peak times. Give yourself plenty of time if you need to get off the island during these times. A small quibble. Even though we paid a $150 cleaning fee, the instructions suggested that we should do our laundry and dishes before we left. This should be the responsibility of the owners and/or cleaning fee waived. Deduction from the security deposit for extra cleaning would be fair if the property was left in unsuitable condition. Otherwise, a lovely property in a lovely location. Will definitely recommend and/or return. Heavenly Biscuits a block away is a gem. The Sandy Butler is very good for up-scale grocery and prepared foods. A wonderful holiday.
