Conched Out is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom home located right on the border of Carolina and Kure Beach. This large home is oceanfront and has its own private beach access. Large kitchen and dining area with a dining table that seats 15! This gorgeous home comes with 6 bedrooms, all with different themes. Ground level has a 4 car garage and a game room. Main level has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, kitchen and dining room and living room. The 3rd level has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths and a living/family area. Plenty of space for you and your family!

Pleasure Island provides many outdoor water related activities such as fishing, sun bathing, surfing, boating, biking, shopping and dining. Visit one of NC's Aquariums just 2 miles south of this home. If you run out of things to do on the island, you can venture into Historic Downtown Wilmington where there are many museums, shops and restaurants. You could take the ferry to Southport and discover the quaintness of a small town.

Notes: This house has so much space! The living, dining and kitchen area are all one big room. you can see the ocean from one of the many windows lining the east side of the home. Go on the back deck and sit at one of two patio tables or maybe you had rather swing. In the 4 car garage, there is a separate activity room that has a television, foosball table, and a ping pong table. On the 3rd floor, there is a common area between the master bedroom and the hot air balloon bedroom that has a sleeper sofa, love seat and another television. If you run out of room in the house, walk a few steps out the door and you're on the beach.

Great Summer Fun: Pleasure Island has many wonderful attractions to keep everyone happy. On Thursday nights, go to the boardwalk and hear some live, local music at the gazebo and see fireworks. We have one of the best fireworks display around. This is a weekly event during the summer. Don't leave the boardwalk without trying a Britt's Doughnut (ask anyone, they will tell you this is the best doughnut, ever). On Sunday nights, grab your beach chairs, a cooler, and your family and come to the lake for a free outdoor movie. This is a great thing to do with your kids on a Sunday night. All movies are family oriented. They sell popcorn! The aquarium offers a lot of fun, educational classes that relate to species found on our island. You might get lucky enough to see some baby sea turtles making there way to the ocean from their nest.
