The modern spacious ( 123 sq. mts. ) apartment also overlooks the well maintained pools and gardens of the secure gated family friendly community. Furnished to the highest standards including air conditioning and wi fi ,underground car parking is available

The apartment is conveniently located on the exclusive beach side of Elvira on the Perla Blanca Beach, with a few minutes walk to numerous beach restaurants, and to world famous Nikki Beach Club, Marriott Resort and Don Carlos 5 *Hotel along the beachfront

The apartment is also ideally situated with many and varied local restaurants, bars and supermarkets within 15 minutes walking ( or 5 minutes driving) distance . Elviria is a lovely quiet area with plenty of amenities and gorgeous beaches. It is a safe and friendly place for the whole family and less than 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.

A quick 15 minute drive and you will find yourself in Marbella with its many famous historical features including the famous Dali sculptures and the old town with the famous Plaza las Naranjas. There is also a massive Commercial Centre and lots of tapas bars, restaurants and shops. Another 10 minute drive will take you to Puerto Banus, a wonderful port to see where the rich and famous have their boats and yachts.

From Elviria you have easy access to the A7 which connects to all roads, you will easy find your way to Seville, Granada, Ronda, Nerja, Málaga and other famous and interesting cities with lots of historical monuments and museums, beautiful old-towns, and the great Sierra Nevada ski resorts.

Mijas Pablo is one of the most fantastic white villages nearby in the mountains with views not to be missed.

Costa del Sol is one of the warmest parts of Spain, due to its proximity to Africa. You can enjoy hot sunny weather throughout the year. .

There are also many parks and activities for children! There is a wonderful safari park in Torremolinos, and Fuengirola has a children's zoo. The massive Tivoli World theme park in Benalmadena is also extremely popular and is great fun for both children and adults! 2 Water parks are located within 20 minutes as well as Go-Karting & various water sport activities.

In summary A dream location for a holiday away from it all yet with easy access to the glamourous centres of Marbella and Puerto Banus and moments from Santa Maria , Santa Clara and Rio Real golf clubs. A great beach front location with a choice of some of the best beach bars and restaurants within walking distance .

Have just returned from a two week stay at this lovely luxury apartment. It is well equipped with to a high standard. The location within the development is ideal, it is overlooking the beach but quiet and private to allow relaxation. The large terrace is ideal as it has all day sunshine. The pool area and gardens were kept to the same high standard as the apartment, we found the other residents very friendly and considerate.

The long level sandy beach is ideal for walking as well as all other beach activities and has plenty of beach restaurants.

Fabulous Find!

Have just returned from my second stay at this lovely apartment. The location is excellent - less than an hour from Malaga airport and 20 minutes from Orange Square. The apartment is literally a minute from the beach with some great restaurants very close by - El Laurel and The Beach House both within 5 mins walking distance. The apartment was immaculately clean and fully equipped with great sun loungers/parasol available for the terrace. The communal gardens and pool areas are really well maintained. Pool was rarely busy and often we were the only people swimming! The owner offers a professional service with keys despatched and deposit returned in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful apartment

My parents, myself, my husband and 18 month old son spent a week here (my parents had already been there for 3 weeks when we joined them) in this beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely perfect in every way - 30 seconds from the beach, the pool, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. A 10 minute walk to the supermarket. The apartment is furnished beautifully too with two huge bathrooms. My parents spent another 2 weeks in December they loved it so much! We'll be back!
