A beautiful large apartment with a wonderful sea view in the outstanding White Pearl Beach II development, recently completed and directly in front of the sandy beach. The apartment is located in Elviria, east of Marbella town, and close to the Marriott Beach Resort, the Four Seasons Country Club and the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel. The apartment combines the advantages of an outstanding private complex with direct access to one of the best beaches in Marbella and within close proximity to restaurants, shops and golf etc.

Less than 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, the spacious ground floor apartment (123 sq. metres) has a magnificent sea view from the large elevated south facing terrace. The apartment is furnished to the highest standard and also overlooks the pool and gardens of this beautiful complex, which includes a secure underground car park.

It is conveniently located for the ideal holiday, practically on the beach, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and easy driving distance to the many attractions of the Costa del Sol (Marbella town 8km, Puerto Banus 14km, Golf 3 km, etc) or for day trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Granada, Ronda, skiing at Sierra Nevada, etc.). Marbella is the most attractive area in the Costa del Sol, with its beautiful year round climate, abundance of leisure facilities and unique atmosphere.

Golf details: The nearest golf course is Santa Maria, less than 5 minutes away. There are more than 15 courses within less than 30 minutes drive and another 15 within 30 to 60 minutes. The courses are excellent and the area is truly a golfers paradise.

Have just returned from a two week stay at this lovely luxury apartment. It is well equipped with to a high standard. The location within the development is ideal, it is overlooking the beach but quiet and private to allow relaxation. The large terrace is ideal as it has all day sunshine. The pool area and gardens were kept to the same high standard as the apartment, we found the other residents very friendly and considerate.
The long level sandy beach is ideal for walking as well as all other beach activities and has plenty of beach restaurants.
