Handicapped Accessible: The path to the house from the driveway is not smooth. There is one step going into the cabin. Bathroom doorway and bathroom are narrow.
Kid Friendly: Moonridge is a working art studio, so parents must be responsible for small children. Paintings and framing supplies are often stacked against walls. $200 security deposit.
Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking on the screened porch either.
