Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

The first 'Green development' community in Florida. Two private 18-hole courses, Jack Nicklaus & Bob Cupp in community. Beautiful 2nd story coach home just under 2,000 sq. ft. In the 'Verandah'. Great views of no. 5 green, fairway, lake & palm trees.

Triple glass slider doors take inside living to outside living in minutes. Vaulted living area is furnished with new comfortable furniture and beautiful accents. Master bedroom has a king bed and is tropically decorated with the custom painted master bath having a walk-in shower, oversized soaking tub & double sinks. Great view from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bath has custom painted walls, tub/shower and vanity. Plenty of drawer space & closet space throughout. The kitchen seats 4 and is fully equipped with everything you need, plus all the little extras. The dining room seats 8 people. Lanai bar-top table seats 4 for outdoor enjoyment.

We provide fine linens, detergents, soaps, etc., to get you started. We supply beach towels/rafts to use up the street at our private pool/fitness center. Two his and her new bikes at condo for your enjoyment.

From the Fort Myers airport we are a short 15-minute drive to the 'Verandah' community. We are just minutes from Fort Myers beaches, 30 minutes from Sanibel & Capitiva, and 45 minutes to Naples.

Enjoy this great condo for less than 75.00 a day on monthly rentals.
