The Lofts at Old Town are the perfect place for your Colorado Vacation any time of year. This 4 bedroom + loft will sleep up to 14 people.Winter or summertime, this location in Old Town makes the Lofts the perfect place to stay and enjoy Winter Park. There is a heated rooftop deck with hottub, builtin outdoor BBQ and views of the ski hill and Continental Divide. There are two separate family room areas, one with a pool table. The elevator going from garage level to the third floor makes this home is totally ADA Compliant. Oh, Did I mention that the driveways are heated too?

  • The master suite has a no-threshold steam shower making it fully handicapped accessible. It has two vanities and one is a roll up that allows a wheel chair. The 2nd bath has three sinks and pocket doors allowing you to separate one of the sinks to use as a powder room. It has a large tub/shower and walk ways wide enough for a wheelchair. The third bath is for use of the 4th floor bedroom and rooftop deck and has a glass shower and one vanity.

Hi Victoria & Ben,
I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we all had at your place. It made our Thanksgiving even more enjoyable. The pictures definately give you an idea of how beautiful the place is but once you see it in person, it's even more beautiful and very inviting. We had 11 - 12 people in our party and there was more than enough room for everyone. My 9 & 5 year old loved the hot tub and pool table. Their time was spent either on the slopes or playing pool. I can't say enough about your place. Whatever we needed, you were a phone call away. We would definately go back and refer your place to everyone. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving weekend more enjoyable.
