Island Breeze Beach House is a 1500 square-foot Executive Cape Cod style retreat, nestled in a quiet wooded area with a magnificent view of the water and the Confederation Bridge. Newly constructed in 2000, Island Breeze was designed with the comfort of its guests being of utmost importance.

A large wrap-around deck overlooks the water, only 150 feet from a beautiful safe sandy beach with a low bank. The home is tastefully decorated in a country cottage theme with pine floors and ceilings, and antiques throughout. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Special features include a spacious master suite with a large soaker tub and balcony, allowing for hours of relaxation while sipping your favorite drink and watching the sunset. A propane fireplace in the living area will warm you after a long walk on the beach.

If you love sunlight, you'll appreciate the home's design which allows light to flood throughout the cottage and enhance the fresh summer palette of the decor.
