Come enjoy a unique, newly renovated villa! The residence is located in Emerald Island, a luxurious community only 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World. Our home is one of the only villas with true privacy and scenic views - you'll feel tucked away in the natural Floridian woodland setting after a long day exploring Kissimmee! TVs. The Emerald Island Resort offers a community pool, spa, gym, sauna, arcade, Internet access, an expansive children's playground, volleyball, basketball, tennis, a peaceful nature trail, as well as the safety, luxury, and privacy of a 24 hour gated community. As mentioned, everything has just been refurbished: our 7 bedroom home offers luxury accommodation, including 4 king beds and 6 twins, perfect for multiple families or individual rental. The villa has everything you'd expect and more: a full kitchen, laundry room, towels, wireless internet, Xbox and PlayStation 2...etc. Also, enjoy distinguished privacy due to our one of a kind backyard.

We stayed 6/29-7/8/09. House was just like photos described and this was great as we are 'very detailed' when it comes to choosing villas. Owners were ok to work with with and we're currently waiting to book again! Bring your own towels please.

This villa was very nice. This was my families first time to Florida and we had a blast! After Disney we would come back to the villa, jump in th epool and have a great evening. The only downfall to the house is that it had only one tv, which with 3 children was hard at times on the rainy days! But other wise the house was great, the owner was very helpful and we just had a blast. I would recommend this house to any family.
