Milowai amenities include a heated pool, bar-b-que grill, and five star rated, The Waterfront Restaurant. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath (672 sq. ft. includes a covered lanai). Refurbished in Jan 2008, with new ceramic tiles throughout the kitchen, bath, living room, and lanai. New kitchen cabinets and counter tops. The living room has a sofa bed. Condo appliances include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave oven. Cable TV and DVD player There is also a washer and dryer for your use! Milowai is located in the Ma'alaea Harbor area. In close proximity, there is the Maui Ocean Center, Maui Golf and Water Park, and Carls' Jr. Being in the Ma'alaea Harbor area provides easy access to the whale watching and snorkeling activities.

This small forty one unit property is very centrally located in Ma'alaea with nearly equal driving times to Lahaina, Kihei/Wailea or to Maui's main airport in Kahului. With the nearby Ma'alaea Village, shops, restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. For the kids, Ma'alaea is home to the Maui Ocean Center, Maui's tropical aquarium. The Milowai is also home to the famous Waterfront Restaurant, one of Maui's best seafood restaurants. Ma'alaea Harbor is also the starting point for many of Maui's favorite ocean past times with daily charters to Molokini for fabulous snorkeling, deep sea fishing charters or seasonal whale watching tours. Amenities on the property include a fresh water swimming pool, ocean front gas BBQ's and assigned parking.
