This beautiful 3/2 waterfront home was built in 1997 and has all the comforts of the Florida Key's.Located on Plantation Key (Tavernier) with a 60' dock on which you can fish from or simply dock your boat.The house has vaulted ceilings,tiled floors,screened porch.The 'Master Bedroom' has a king size bed and private bathroom.The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the hallway bathroom with the third bedroom.The second and third bedroom each have an additional folding bed if needed.

Welcome to 'Paradise' whether you want to go after a big 'Sail',Dolphin (Mahi-Mahi),Yellow Tail or just simply relax and tan your tail, you'll find it here! Just minutes away from the world famous 'Holiday Isle Fishing Fleet' 'Great Restaurants' 'Casino Cruises' 'Beaches' 'Golfing' 'Boating' 'Kayaking' 'Snorkeling/Scuba Diving' 'Windsurfing' 'Para-sailing' If you are into scuba/diving or just snorkeling,then you will enjoy a visit to the world famous 'John Pennecamp' State Park ( a divers heaven).The park is located approximately 20-25 minutes by car to the north.You may want to drive all the way south and spend the day in Key West.If you want a faster pace,then you can drive north , visit 'South Beach' on 'Miami Beach' and see all the 'Hot Spots' your sure to run into or see some 'Celebrity' there.
Rental Policies:
Small pets may be allowed,however pet owners must clean up after their pets or a $100.00 pet clean-up fee will be deducted from the deposit. Smoking is permitted outside only! You may use the screened porch as a smoking area.
A $500.00 up to 1half of the total rental fee as a security deposit must be received in order to secure a booking. Deposit will be refunded upon completion of an inspection of the property. Any damages that occurred may be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to booking date or the deposit will not be refunded.
