Our home, Irish Haven, is located approximately 1 to 1 1/2 miles from the University of Notre Dame. There are four bedrooms (3 with queen beds, 1 with twins), 4 bathrooms, a finished basement with two futons (extra stuffing for comfortable sleeping), 2 fireplaces inside, and a large beautiful porch with an outdoor fireplace. Inflatable mattresses and extra bedding are supplied if you need additional sleeping arrangements. Irish Haven was built in the 1920's and exudes all the charm of that era; however, it was completely renovated to provide all the luxuries of a modern home. Central Air, modern kitchen with all new appliances, bathrooms remodeled and the huge side porch added. Wireless Internet, Plasma TVs throughout the house, I-Pod docking station, and CD player with AM/FM tuner were also added. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom and an office area. There is a pool table, books, games, DVDs and CDs there for your entertainment. Parking available for ND football.

Irish Haven is located in South Bend Indiana, very close to the University of Notre Dame. Chicago is approximately 1.5 hours (90 miles) from South Bend - trains run back and forth to Chicago daily. The Indiana Dunes by Lake Michigan are also just a short trip away. South Bend is located in the Northern part of Indiana and is approximately 20 miles from Michigan.

There is also an office area at one end of the room with a desk, printer, wireless Internet service and a comfortable leather office chair. Also, there is a ceiling fan Bedrooms two and three also have a queen size bed and are located upstairs. Both of these bedrooms have a ceiling fan and would share the hall bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Bedroom 4 has two twin bedrooms and is located on the first floor. There is a full bathroom right outside of the bedroom.
