One of a few beachfront properties in Playa Grande. Quiet area, tropical gardens, and some of the best surfing in Costa Rica, is right out the front door. Surf school, market and three restaurants are within walking distance. Beach is protected for the nesting of the Giant Leatherback Sea Turtles, from October through April, a must see. Take early morning beach walks and you may surprised by the little ones hatching and making their way to the ocean. The house is located in Palm Beach Estates - a quiet, private community. It's common to see howler monkeys eating in the trees in front of the house, iguanas sunning and feeding, and numerous birds as well. Giant sea turtles frequently nest on the beach right in front of the house. It's a laid back, peaceful setting, where you'll be surrounded by nature and its wonders. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind from the pressures at home.

Our daughter and son-law live in the guest house behind the property and are happy to offer advice and support to help you enjoy your stay.
