This truly beautiful Southern home is nestled among huge live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. A short stroll to the front of the property takes you to Mobile Bay where you can sit on the dock and watch gorgeous sunsets and native birds. There is plenty of beautiful sandy beach on both sides of the pier. There is a large seating area at the end of the pier in the pavilion.
The home has six (6) bedrooms and six (6) baths. There are two Master Suites located on the main floor. There are also two additional bedrooms on the main floor – each with twin beds. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs with twin beds in each. There is also a large open play area for the kids at the top of the stairway. The main floor has a large kitchen with breakfast bar seating. There is a formal dining area with lots of seating. The huge great room has plenty of seating for watching tv, playing games or just enjoying family time. There is a wonderful open porch out front with plenty of rockers and a porch swing to sit and enjoy the quiet. Please note, while you do have access to the beach and pier, there is not a bay view from the home.

Wedding weekend

Perfect place to stay on the bay for a wedding weekend! Our niece got married and our family with three daughters loved all of the space and bathrooms to get ready for all festivities. Perfect location and the view is unrivaled! We will do it again!

Wonderful house on the bay

We had great experience here. The house was very clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a large group. The location is absolutely beautiful. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Not as listed, not clean

The property is not directly on the bay as indicated by the listing and there are two buildings between the house and the water. The house was not clean when we arrived. There was trash in the bins, cobwebs on the walls, dirt on the floors, mildew on and in the toilets. The management company was responsive but the owner has been less than helpful.

Family Wedding

Our niece had her wedding at the Grand which was only 1/2 mile away. Comfortably held 12 of us. Great living area and kitchen. Close proximity to Bay. Lighting in bedrooms was not the best. Has a bad drainage problem in between the main house and the path to the bay when it rains more than an inch. We had to walk through water to get there.
