The Island retreat is a gorgeous house located in Miami that sits on 30,000 square feet; over 100 square feet being completely water front. With still ocean sounds and city views this mansion is hypnotizing. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, office, cigar/bar area, top of the line kitchen, full dinning and living room areas, to name a few, are what you will find in this home. Master bedroom contains 2 full size walk in closets and an over-sized master bedroom. There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom, throughout the house, and in the outdoor gazebo. It has a 3 car garage, heated pool and jacuzzi, and an in-law apartment. The outdoor gazebo is fully equipped with 60” BBQ, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove top, and serving area. The dock can hold vessels up to 70ft and there is a dry lift as well. Nothing was left out when building this beauty. This mansion is perfect for any occasion: weddings, parties, or just quiet family retreats.
