Banner Elk is located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in western North Carolina. It is 20 minutes away from Boone, and is surrounded by the towns of Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Seven Devils and Hawk's Nest. There is a wide range restaurants and bars in town. And just a few minutes away there are ski resorts, golf clubs, hiking trails, campgrounds and other possibilities for outdoor fun. Bearfoot Cabin is a large 5 bedroom cabin with 3.5 bathrooms. You will have plenty of space in this 2400 sq. ft. cabin that sleeps 12. Enjoy the warmer summer months out on one of two covered decks. The upper deck has several rocking chairs and a picnic table along with a gas grill. The lower deck has a table with 4 chairs. n the winter Banner Elk is where people come to choose and cut their own Christmas tree and ski, and in the summer it is a perfect place for a family getaway which can be quiet, peaceful, and relaxing or full of activity, fun, and adventure!
