Wellington Cottage is located on beautiful Bass lake. It sits at the end of a private drive and is surrounded by state land which makes it incredibly private. With 400 ft. of sandy bottom frontage, there is approx. 2 acres of park like grounds, a large sandy play area, firepit and several picnic tables. It's the perfect place for a family gathering. Enjoy the cheerfully decorated interior, which includes an expansive screened in porch where you can enjoy the lake views while listening to the loons. This is the perfect location to experience all Northern Michigan has to offer.
