South Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side just beyond Zephyr Cove area in the quiet, lake front community of Lincoln Park. Big beach and recreation area at Cave Rock for boat launching or playing just a minute away or walk 1/2 block to private, sandy community beach for guests of Lincoln Park. Large, well equipped, comfortable home for the group or family getaway with plenty of space for everyone. Big, open living room with high beam ceilings, overlooking large sun deck with huge hot tub, table, chairs and BBQ just off convenient kitchen, dining room area with three seating options inside as well. Piano in living room by fireplace with large screen TV, CD, DVD. Large, open kitchen has plenty of room for meals and, games and is well equipped with all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, linens, blankets, pillows, etc.

PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment is due 90 days in advance of arrival. For all holidays and summer reservations from May 21-September 20, 2009 payment is due in full within 10 days of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund given if cancelled 90 days or more. 1-89 days cancellations are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the property, or reschedule your stay within six months of original reservation based upon availability in this same home. No refunds given for holiday or summer rentals.

SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Customer will provide a credit card on 'original' copy of confirmation agreement. The card is not charged and will not be charged as long as home is respected, with no excessive cleaning, maintenance fees or missing or damaged items. Customer agrees to pay for any such occurrences.

Awesome house in a beautiful location. Very close to the beach and not a far drive from the casinos or ski resort.
The pictures on the website don't do the house justice. The pictures make the house look dark and outdated. But in reality the house is very bright and the details of the craftsmanship are awesome.
The house offers plenty of room for everyone. And if you're there with kids the downstairs is awesome. The kids can almost disappear and the parents can enjoy some peace.
Beach access is close, not crowded and beautiful.
the house is only about a 3-5 minute drive to a boat launch.
The hot tub on the deck is great and large.

This home is in a very convenient location for anything we wanted to do. It has all the amenities we needed. It has a very nice beach area which is great for just relaxing and especially nice if you have kids. The hot tub is huge and added that extra bit or relaxation. With 2 pellet stoves I can imagine how cozy this place will be in the winter. And talk about accomodating lots of people, this place was great. All the adults can have a private room and all the kids can stay in the "bunk room" downstairs where there is a bathroom, ping pong/poot table, tv and dvd player. You don't even know they are there most of the time.
