Bienvinedos Amigos! Welcome to Perla Del Mar. Our brand new condo awaits you. Located just 12 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport in beautiful Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico. We are a short 5 minute walk down a cobble street to 7 miles of the nicest beachs on Mexico's Pacific ocean.
Our condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have their own separate large balconies with amazing mountain and ocean views as well as views of Nuevo Vallarta. One bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has queen bed.
Our condo is decorated in a 100% Mexican decor. All our furniture is rustic Mexican pine with all accessories in wrought iron and ceramic/clay. The feel of our casa is pure Mexico....exactly what you need to put you into a calm and relaxing Mexican mode. After all, isn't that the reason you came to Mexico.
We also have Shaw Satellite so you can keep up to date on your favorite shows back home and watch your favorite sports on the sports channels.
We also provide you with a magic jack which allows you to call anywhere in Canada/USA and to any other magic jack number anywhere in the world. Our magic jack comes with a cordless phone that works in the condo and is water resistant and can be taken down to the pool area. All you will need is your laptop to use the magic jack.
We also provide our guests a Mexican cell phone that you can buy minutes for at the store next to our condo. $20.00 Canadian will provide you with more then enough time for your vacation.
Our condo is in a intimate 26 unit complex and is on the third floor with a large balcony off the living room and dining room areas overlooking the beautiful pool and amazing landscaped gardens surrounding the pool and lounge area. There is also a outdoor pool table and gym at ground level for your enjoyment.
One floor above ours is a beautiful roof top terrace with two palapas and a awesome unobstructed view of the town of Bucerias as well as breathtaking views of the Pacific ocean and the mountains. The lights of Puerto Vallarta can be seen at night. This terrace is a fantastic place to have dinner or just sit back and enjoy a margaritta or a cold cerveza and watch the beauty that Mexico has to offer.
Bucerias offers everything you need for an enjoyable vacation - fresh food markets, large mega store, artisans, craftsman, vendor stalls, excellent medical and dental facilities (English speaking) pharmacy(5 min walk from the condo)banks, ATM's, local bus, car rentals, internet cafe, laundry mat etc.
Restaurants are abundant and offer a wide variety of cuisines (fine dining, beach side casual, fresh seafood, traditional Mexican and fantastic street taco stands)
Bucerias is the perfect little Mexican town to kick back and enjoy a cerveza and forget about all of life's worries.
