Beautiful 4 bedroom corner apartment (2,000 square feet) is in the heart of Nice, on the new Tram line. 10 minute walk to the train station, Place Massena, and the Old City. Shops, restaurants, groceries, are steps from the front door. The apartment has been completely renovated and is on the 4th – top floor (with lift) in a Bourgeois building. 10 French windows/doors, all double glazed, lead out to a balcony which completely surrounds the apartment, and allows wonderful light into each room with a view of the city and surrounding hills. There are two very powerful mobile air conditioning units. The floors are Terra Cotta tile. There is a double sized living room with a marble fireplace, sofa corner and flat screen TV with cable connection. The dining room, equally as spacious, also has a marble fireplace. Internet ADSL-Wireless Internet The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, complete service for 12, and new cookware.
