Our condo has freshly painted living room, hallways and dining area. There is a 32 inch TV with cable and DVD/VCR. The kitchen has a new stove, microwave and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Bedrooms have many new appointments. All bedrooms have a TV and/or VCR/DVD and are connected to cable. The condo is close to elevators, stairways and laundry facilities and the loading area has a ramp for handicap access. We are located in the 'Winter Center' so you are close to indoor activities such as the pool, fitness center and game room as well as the mail room. Wireless broadband is provided free of charge. The property is a 33 acres gated community with 24/7 patrolled security. Details of property and area attractions below.

We are centrally located,5905 south kings hwy.just south of the city of Myrtle Beach, north ofsurfside beach , Murell's Inlet and Garden City. We are near 3 large malls, many restaurants, 3 movie theaters, a museum, Brookgreen Gardens, and Broadway at the Beach, to mention a few. A major grocery chain is directly across the street and Walmart is less than 2 miles away. Many drug stores and banks are nearby. We are noted for all the golf and miniature golf courses. For winter rentals, restaurants offer many discounts. Many activities offered in the winter, on and off property.

Notes: We are a family and senior focused community. We have play areas inside and outside for the children. We have a water park, not just a lazy river, which provides lots of fun for young and old alike. We have 6 large swimming pools, 3 of which are indoors and heated for cooler seasons. There are basketball, volleyball, and bocci ball courts. We have several tennis courts and lots of paved areas for bike riding. There are 2 fitness centers on the property with showers and sauna available year round. There are staffed activities for the children in summer and many winter activities for the seniors such as water aerobics, sight seeing bus trips and themed parties. Oh and before I forget we also have the ocean and great beaches right out your front door.

Snow Birds: We welcome all seniors returning to the Myrtle Beach Area. A great many of the restaurants offer a 2 for 1 special almost daily. Many of the activities are aimed at making sure seniors have a great winter retreat in our community. A stroll through world renowned Brookgreen gardens on a sunny mild winter day is quite a pleasant experience with its many sculptures and flowers that bloom year round. If you are a bit more adventurous, buses will take you to the casino boats for an afternoon of gaming. There are bus trips to the shopping district of Charleston, SC. If you tired of shopping, there is always a historic tour of the city and Fort Sumter. So much to do so little space to tell you about it. Give us a call or drop an email. We'll get back to you.

Words can't describe how perfect our vacation was. The condo was absolutely everything that they said it was. My children referred to it as their "new home". We felt very comfortable there. All the activities that were on the grounds was more than enough to keep them busy, not to mention the access to the beach. The extras that the owner left at the condo for use was very thoughtful and handy. My children enjoyed all of them. I would definetly recommend this property to family and friends as well as myself going back.

Great Vacation Rental for Families

First of all, the owner of the rental was very helpful before arriving with information for our week. The condo was clean and had all the items needed for the week whether it be for the pool/beach or eating meals in. The resort was centrally located to various attractions and dining out. The resort was very family friendly and several pools to choose from. The other vacationers visiting were friendly too.
