Activities: : Theater, sporting events, museums (Modern Art, Nature and Science, Children’s Museum), Denver Zoo, bike/running path along Cherry Creek, shopping (Cherry Creek Mall or Pavilions), skiing via the Winter Park Ski Train, Rocky Mountain National Park less than an hour away, most ski resorts and mountain towns within a 1 ½ hour drive, amazing golf courses abound in Denver so take your pick, Red Rocks Amphitheater - the best place to view a concert (or run stairs) only 30 minutes away!

Area Restaurants: Best local restaurants: Oceanaire, Cru A Wine Bar, Rioja, Samba Room, Cheesecake Factory, and Capital Grille all within 2 blocks!

My wife and me stayed 2 months and enjoyed every day. Being right downtown, close to the Center of Performing Arts, having great dining opportunities and nice clubs nearby, the 16th street mall just a block away was the right thing to do. City lights and the skyline are just amazing. The landlords are great guys who made sure we're missing a thing.

Our Home Away From Home

Our family has stayed at this property on two occasions, and given the location, the hospitality of the owners, and the amenities provided, I doubt that we'll ever choose to stay anywhere else. The central location is ideal for exploring downtown Denver and surrounding area -- with or without the use of a car (underground garage parking provided). We particularly appreciate its proximity to the theatre district, 16th Street Mall, and Larimer. The views are astounding!

The owners provide anything you might need including cooking supplies to host a small dinner party, or toiletries you might have forgotten, and are available to respond to any questions or concerns. The property is fastidiously maintained, and it's obvious that the owners take pride in their city retreat.

I can't say enough about this property and all that it offers. With all its perks, I find this property to be excellent value for the money.

My family and I stayed at this rental in early November and I can not say enough about the hospitality, accomidations and location. There was everything that we could have needed, plus a few extra touches especially for my four year old daughter. As our trip was half business half pleasure, we were able to walk, drive(indoor parking space included)or jump on the bus within minutes. My parents and friends were staying at the Sheraton a few blocks away, and they came to "our" place because it was so nice and comfortable with a spectacular balcony and view. And did I mention the hospitality!!!!!
