Nice location, but dirty!

First of all, the owner is a very nice man to deal with. This condo is in a great location and has many good things about it. The size is perfect for two people, it has nice natural light, and loved looking out at the Intercoastal Waterway. However, the bed is not comfortable (needs a new GOOD mattress) and the bedding is old and worn. The condo in general is dirty. The bathroom is in need of renovation and new towels. The shower leaks. The dishwasher does not work. We did share these concerns with the owner.
Owner's Response: I'm a firm believer constructive criticism, made arrangements with this quest to get them new sheets, and towels. Mattress is only afew years old, which is always a personal thing as to how firm it should be. Have had no complaints.Dishwasher was checkedout by a repairman, and cleaning lady was told to step up her game. These guests have inquired about avaiability for next year.
