I stayed in this property for four nights to celebrate one of my friend's birthday in South Beach. The property was very nice, clean and well decorated and only a few blocks away from the Lincoln Road shops. We really enjoyed the balcony and the fact the apt had 1.5 bathrooms.The condo is also walking distance from the beach. There's a Publix down the street so one could save a ton compared to eating out for every meal. The condo also offered one free gated parking spot. John was very good at responding to emails addressing my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this condo in lieu of an overpriced, tiny South Beach Hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is very spacious and clean. It's convenient to the lincon road and beach, but away from noisy streets and busy restaurants. I hightly recommend this place, and the owner is very helpful! Will definitely return!

My husband & I spent two weeks in this lovely condo the end of January 2012. We were very happy with it. It was clean & spacious. We had everything we needed in supplies. It is conveniently located to the Publix, convention center, Holocaust Museum & Botanical Garden. We walked to the beach. We visited Lincoln Road Mall almost daily to shop, dine or have ice cream.
John was wonderful to work with. He answered our e-mails by the next day & answered all our questions. We definitely recommend staying here & would love to return if we visit South Beach again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car
