House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 3-6)

This deluxe 1998 3 bedroom house is colorfully decorated with a Mexican flavour. It is located on beautiful Magic Lake. It comes complete with a canoe for your paddling enjoyment and a good dock for swimming and fishing.

The house is located close to stores, ocean beaches, tennis courts and a world class Frisbee golf course.

Upstairs - One large bedroom with a bay window overlooking the lake, with a queen size bed. Full bathroom with a shower. Living room, dining room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings with wood beams and large glass windows and doors. The floors are all hardwood and tile. There is a partially glass covered full deck overlooking the lake complete with a gas barbeque.

Downstairs - Two bedrooms with double beds and mirrored closets , a large full bathroom with bathtub/shower and washer/dryer. Large rec room with pool table with view to the lake.

Spacious front deck to enjoy the garden and sunsets.
