Located in the southern part of the metro Phoenix area of Sun Lakes, the championship golf courses are just one of the many amenities that are available to you. This is an adult community where one person needs to be at least 40 years old and no children under 19. The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet and dual sinks in the master bath. The other bedroom has twin beds. The kitchen in fully stocked with all dishes, appliances and cookware that you would need. You can enjoy the great Arizona warmth and sun on the covered patio in the private fenced backyard. The gas grill adds to your outdoor living enjoyment. Everything you need is here. Just pack you bags and come to Arizona. If you want to travel around, we are close to the Grand Canyon, Tucson, Mexico and only about 5 hours to San Diego or Las Vegas.

Sun Lakes is located at the southern part of Chandler and is in the Phoenix metro area. It is only about 15 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and is close to all Phoenix has to offer. Among the various activities, you have the spring training baseball games that are always popular. Casinos, shopping, and medical offices and hospitals are close by.
