Rental Policies:
Security Deposit: ($500.00) required and due before or on the day of arrival. Tenant may pay the security via Pay Pal one day before the tenant is due to arrive. Upon vacating the apartment, the apartment will be inspected for damage, and if no damage has occurred. The security deposit will promptly be returned provided there is damage to the apartment, and no other fees due.
Deposit Requirement To Reserve Your Dates.:
Deposit Payment: $200.00-$500.00 is required in order to reserve the dates. This amount will be deducted from the total balance due.
$200.00 – Required during Off-Peak Season
$500.00 – Required during Peak Season.
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellation Notice: Deposit amount to reserve the desired dates are non-refundable.
Golf:
Acceptable Payment Form: Cash, Traveler’s checks and Pay Pal are acceptable forms of payment. Tenant is responsible for all Pay Pal fees if applicable. Please note; a deposit must be made via Pay Pal before apartment can be booked.
Check In/Check Out Policy: Check in is after 4p.m. and check out is no later than 12 noon.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. Penalty for smoking is $500.00.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Loitering: Congregating in front of the building is not allowed.
Cleaning fee: $125
