This newly remodeled 1 bedroom/2 bath unit is the ground floor of a quaint 2 story split level duplex and is perfect for a couple or small family looking for a great vacation home. It is located just a half a block away from the world famous Windansea beach and takes just 3 minutes to walk from the front door down to the sand! It comfortably sleeps 3-4 people with a large king size bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. The unit boasts a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and new furniture in the bedroom and living room. It also has a private fenced in outdoor patio with tropical landscaping, seating for 4, and a BBQ, making it perfect for evening cookouts! A brand new hot tub (shared) has also been added to the property. Complete with wireless internet access, TV and DVD player, this beach cottage has got everything you need for an unforgettable La Jolla vacation.
