This tropical home is green: The white metal roof protects and keeps the home cool by reflecting the suns heat, Rain gutters are tied into a 2,500 gallon cistern to reuse for watering plants, CFL's through out home, All energy star appliances, On demand water heater, tinted windows, R 30 insulation, Bamboo floors, it feels good going green.
Master suite with canopy king bed, large over sized shower with a waterfall head and a hand held message shower head, candle holders, full travertine walls, spa vanity, private water closet. 9 foot ceilings in all bedrooms, vaulted in kitchen and living areas. Crews quarters offers a set of full sized bunks, The Royal Plantation Suite offers a Wood Carved Pineapple Posted Queen Bed with Crown molding and Jamaican Sea painted walls.
