  • A departure cleaning is included in your rate which includes the usual and customary cleaning when our guests leave. We even do your sheets and remake your beds! Just leave keys on the counter and on your way home, begin making plans to return to Myrtle Beach next season. And we hope you'll stay with us again! Excessive cleaning charges or damages are deducted from the security deposit. Less than seven nights rental may incur additional cleaning/administration charges.

    Rates below are subject to change until your deposit is received. A $200 security deposit and 50% of the rate is required to hold the reservation and lock in the rate. The remaining 50% is payable 10 days prior to arrival. Checks are acceptable and all major credit cards are welcome. The applicable rates do Not include 14% local and state hospitality and sales taxes that we are obligated to collect by law.
