Photos and Description of the Taiwan vacation condo rental 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 6

This is a newly renovated condo in the heart of Taipei (at the cross roads of Fu Xiang North Road and Ming Chuan East Road) just minutes from the MRT and Taipei Songshan Airport. There is also a shuttle bus stop from Taoyuan Airport in the same block as the condo. There are an abundance of restaurants and convenience stores within a 200 meter radius of the apartment. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a 15 floor building with 2 elevators and door man. The MRT station is only a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment; it is only two stops on the MRT from SOGO where there is abundant shopping and restaurants! At SOGO, one can also pick up transfers to the Taipei train station, high speed rail, and Taipei 101 amongst other attractions. A bus stop infront of the condo can also take one to virtually every corner of the city. This is a non-smoking apartment. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment. A microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine are available.

  • All rates are subject to change without notice. Short-term corporate accounts are welcome.
  • 30% of the rental rate is needed at time of reservation. The balance is due one month prior to arrival along with the security deposit. A security deposit of $250.00 US (or New Taiwan Dollar equivalent) is required. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of departure.
  • New Taiwan Dollars are also accepted as a form of payment. Payments can be made either in Taiwan or the US.

Wonderful time in Taipei!

We had wonderful time in Taiwan ; the five of us stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks this summer. This condo has everything you need. It's very clean, comfortable, and convenient; it's very close to a MRT station,and there are many bus stops in front of the building. As the owner described, there are many restaurants nearby. There is a 7-Eleven and many banks close by too; the domestic airport is just a block away. We feel really fortunate to have found this apartment. We can't wait to go back to Taipei! The owner returned the security deposit promptly.

My family of 6 enjoyed the apartment immensely. It is convenient, nice neighborhood, a lot of quaint and local restaurants nearby. Clean and complete with basic facilities, rooms are just comfortable. Thanks Maggie for all your help. Thanks Peter for a great vacation.

The property is very well renovated and equipped that make my stay a very comfortable one. The owner make every effort to make sure our needs are well taken care of. The location is very convenient - near many eateries, shops and public transportation including a mere 5 mins leisure walk to the nearest Metro station. Highly recommended!
