This place was awesome and the view spectacular. We saw dolphins and stingrays everyday from the balcony. The condo was very clean and kept up. I wish there had been more space to store groceries. The kitchen was a little small but worked. Next time we will bring our own pots and pans and a blender. Mike and Buffy were great to work with and even called to make sure that we had all we needed. I would definitely stay here again. I wish we could have just stayed longer this time.

What a wonderful view. What a lovely condo. Was here for 2 months to get out of winters wrath up north. Weather good. Got a tan. Owners were GREAT to deal with. This is a great place to stay. Quiet but yet busy. Folks that stay here love it. I recommend it highly. I will be coming back.

Wow! What a beautiful condo and what a view from the Penthouse. The unit was extremely clean and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. We attended the Ironman Triathalon to cheer our candidate to victory and this location was great for coming and going to the event. Mike was very courteous and a great host - telephoned to make sure everything was good at our condo. We would definitely rent from Mike again. Thanks for offering such a great place and a great experience, especially the value!

Hassle Free and Beautiful Views

Myhusband and I recently decidedto take an unplanned trip to PCB. We found this listing on VRBO and worked with Mike. It was absolutely the most hassle free vacation Ihave had in a long time which is VERY important to me. On top of that the condo was gorgeous, the view was spectacular and the place was quiet even during Thunder Beach week. I absolutely did not want to leave to come back to the "real world".

We rented this unit from 7/19 through 8/2 to attend the softball world series and vacation afterwards. It was very clean and well decorated. It was exactly as described and as the owner stated. In this day and age it was refreshing to find someone renting a property with such honesty and integrity. The kitchen is very functional and we cooked many meals there (saved us a bundle). The washer and dryer were also a plus. The rest of my daughter's team stayed on the opposite end of the beach and were faced with situations not suitable for teens and young children. Where this condo was located was a much more upscale area and we were surrounded by families. I would strongly urge anyone wanting to rent a unit in Panama City to strongly consider these owners. The value of the condo was excellent as we paid almost the same amount of money for an upscale condo for 2 weeks as others on her team paid for 1 week in a "dump". I recommend this condo highly! We had an awesome time and the view was fabulous. We were able to observe school of fish and schools of sting rays from the balcony. This condo was worth every penny.
