A beautiful cozy house, built in 1995, 2013 and decorated.

The generous electrically heated pool and spa was added recently and offers famous to stay in the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen with granite surface leaves no wish unfulfilled.

By the southern exposure of the house we have here from morning to evening sunshine by the pool, so you can enjoy the beautiful Florida weather to the fullest.

Marion Villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to 6 diners in the middle of the prestigious Surfside area in SW Cape Coral, the house is centrally located to shopping malls just 5 minutes.

Transport links are excellent, in just minutes from Cape Harbor, Matlacha and Pine Iceland, where you can enjoy cozy evenings by the waterfront dining.
