Oro Valley is located in northern Pima County approximately six miles north of the Tucson city limits. The valley itself was formed by the Santa Cruz River joining Gold Creek in the Catalina Mountains. The Town sits at an elevation of 2,620 feet, covers over 34 square miles and has a current population of nearly 40,000. Oro Valley was incorporated in April, 1974. Our condominium is situated close to Tucson's best golf courses. The area is meticulously maintained, and you will love living, playing, swimming and hiking in this area. Our condo is one of many in this area, but you will find this is situated very close to shopping centers, restaurants, movie theatres, and in a very exclusive neighborhood. We had a very painless and pleasant experience with this property over our Christmas holiday. Great place to augment sleeping quarters at the grandparents home. The accomodations were exactly what we had hoped for. The property was clean, safe and very economical for all of the amenities. The property was easily accessible and well within driving distance of many features of the area. We did not entertain during our stay, but there was sufficient room to entertain if wanted. Lots of tv's and the laundry room was very convenient. We did not use the properties outdoor resources. The owner was very responsive and we were very satisfied with all the arrangements and the subsequent follow up. We recommend this property to others visiting the area and wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

The owners of the condo were very helpful and excellent to deal with - top notch customer service. The condo was a good location for the places we wanted to go and it provided all of the necessities that we required for our 10 day stay. The condo complex was nice and well maintained. Close to starbucks, groceries, and shopping mall. A very good experience and we would definitely rent from this owner again at this location or in Ventana Canyon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
