Tuscany by the sea, our charming waterfront home located in the exclusive Las Olas Isles, directly of Las Olas Blvd. Only a couple of blocks to the sandy beaches, beachfront dinning as well as a short walk to the exclusive shops, restaurants and trendy night life of Las Olas Blvd. Our 100' dock is available with wide canal and adjacent turning basin can accommodate your 100' mega yacht, providing direct unobstructed ocean access within minutes. Our home has a custom heated spa which cascades into a large heated swimming pool. A large cabana is adjacent to the pool and dock providing opportunity for relaxing and alfresco dining with lovely ocean breezes, tropical floral scents and moonlit nights. Tuscany by the Sea truly living life first class!

Our charming home is in a very exclusive high end neighborhood. All of the homes are multi million dollar as is ours. We are just a few minute walk east to the beach where you will find many activities including beach walks and runs, biking,dining, work out facilities, olympic pool facility, charter boats for sailing, diving, and deep sea fishing as well as just getting a great tan and watching the people. Walking west just a few minutes brings you to the shops and restaurants of Las Olas Bld. The shops and galleries are very interesting as is the imax and museums and art center. The dinning is varied as is the lovely architecture. Historical River Walk and its historic buildings and fine dinning within easy walking distance, or take your bike. The water taxi service can bring you to all the waterfront spots and directly to your dock. All that Ft. Lauderdale has to offer is at your fingertips. Even the Airport and Cruise Ship Lines are just minutes away by car!
