Casa Balam y T'ul and our neighboring villa, Casa Colel Luna, are located in the secure, gated community of Playacar, next to the ancient Xaman Ha ruins.
It's just a five-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry dock and the charming town of Playa del Carmen and the popular 5th Avenue area. There you'll find all the services and attractions you could desire including great restaurants, numerous shopping options, supermarkets, banks, doctors, and more. The area offers exciting opportunities to explore fascinating Mayan ruins, the wonders of the tropical forests, and the treasures of the sparkling Caribbean Sea.
