Bushmills is a charming village in the heart of the Causeway Coast, yet just one hour from the Belfast International Airport. The causeway is an area of outstanding natural beauty with the 'Giants Causeway' World Heritage Site just 2 miles away and many beautiful white sandy beaches with 30 minutes drive - including Portballintrea (1 mile), Portrush (3 beaches 5 miles); Duncluce Castle (2 miles); 'Old Bushmills Distillery'; many golf courses including the Royal Portrush Golf course (5 miles) and many restaurants and pubs. Regular attractions include the 'North West 200' motor bike race in May, the 'Old Llammas Fair' in Ballycastle (August), the National Air Show (September). A great variety of interests in local crafts to experience, many planned or spontaneous walks, romantic harbours and fun activities for families, couples and those lone adventurers to explore.
