Welcome to our ocean front on Long Beach Island. The dune path is next to the house. Dolphins swim up and down the Island daily. Whale spouts can be seen from the deck. There are seashells and crab shells and other sea treasures to find on our sandy beach. This bright and airy reverse living home has 2,070 square feet of inside living space, an open upper and a covered lower deck. The first floor Den and King Bedroom have sliders onto a covered deck. Also on the first floor are two nice sized twin bedrooms, a full bath and a washer and dryer. The top floor cathedral ceilinged Great Room holds the Living,Dining & kitchen areas and a powder room. Just off it is the king master bedroom/bath suite. The house is cooled by ocean breezes, backed up by a central air system. All the rooms have ceiling fans and multiple windows. This guest house is one of two which we own on the property. They are attached by the upper deck which has a 6 foot fence dividing it. (see picture)

  • Bayberry Suite is the Master Bedroom on the top floor and is the width of the house, with King bed, walk in closet and bathroom. It easily accommodates cribs. The Bonnie Dune Room is on the lower floor with a King bed and sliders to a covered deck. The Navy Room and Sea Shell Rooms are spacious. The Sea Shell room can accommodate a cribette. There is also a queen sized sofabed in the Den, which is on the ocean front and has sliders to the lower deck.

Notes: For the elderly, this house is not wheelchair accessible. However, while the house is reverse living and has no elevator, the top floor once reached provides a lovely vacation spot with a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom which has seat in the shower stall. The top floor has the living, dining, kitchen great room with ocean front deck all available to someone who has to limit their ups and downs.

We spent a week at this house and have to say the accommodations were great. We were 2 families and there was plenty of room. The view was great of the beach and the ocean. Would recommend property to a friend.
