Please, no phone calls after 9pm eastern. : Guests staying over one week will be charged an additional $25/week utilities. High speed Internet was added in Dec 05. Also, City is considering a room tax that will have to be added to rental rate if passed.
There is ample room for one car in the garage and there is unassigned parking on the street. Tenants are restricted to two vehicles on Whitehall Road, including the one in the garage. Thanks.
