this was our first time staying in this unit-there are both positives and negatives on this unit-the owners are very nice & the decor & view is awesome. however, i feel that they need to consider another cleaning service as the place had dust inches thick on the plants, mirrors ect--also the master bath had hair everywhere (i.e sinks, bathtub & shower), the rug in the master bath looked like it hadn't been touched with a vaccum. also they need to consider adding more than 2 towels and wash clothes to each bathroom-the major issue we had with this unit in which i am not sure is the owners problem rather than the condo association-but the place had a terrible odor-we finally contacted the owners and they came out and tried to fix the issue-which helped for only a few hours then the odor was back --we had to stay out of the room most of our time due to the odor-i would have had a much more relaxing time had i been able to relax in a clean and odor free room. unless i was 100% sure these issues had been resolved, i would not recommend this unit.

This is one of the most popular condos in the area. We try to provide quick responsive services to all requests. All of our units have towel set-ups based on the capacity of the unit (in this case 6 sets). Four are hanging on the racks and a spare set is placed in each of the vanities. If the guest request additional services we always accommodate their needs. A full size washer and dryer are available in the unit for convenience. Our policy is to meet and check in each guest when they arrive at the units. During the check in procedure they are given a list of telephone numbers to call should they have any issues.
In this particular case we had a call the first morning after the guest arrival and they indicated the master sink was draining slowly and there was a stale smell in the unit. That morning we visited and cleared the sink as well as treating the unit with cleaners and carpet deodorant. In addition we placed plug in air fresheners in the unit to refresh the air. A complete inspection was made in attempt to determine any cleaning deficiencies and the source of the smell and none was found. We requested the Association Management to research the problem on the odor and it was determined that a dryer vent fan had stopped working. We had it the dryer fan repaired. With regard to the dust on the plants or the cleaning shortcomings, our cleaning service has been advised and that has also been corrected. It is our hope that when you return to our area you will give us the opportunity to show you our improvement.
