Condo, 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10-14)

This large and beautifully decorated is perfect for you and your extended family or friends. First floor includes a master bedroom suite, with a king bed. A day bed is also included in this room. Enjoy the private deck out the sliding glass doors. Second floor has 3 bedrooms. A queen bed with a private bath and balcony. 2 bedrooms with double beds share a hallway bath and deck.

The third floor is the living area. A large screen TV, with plenty of seating. There is a large dining area to enjoy large family dinners. The kitchen is well stocked. There is also a breakfast nook. Balconies off the front and back of the condo, gives you extra room to enjoy the beautiful weather. The forth floor has a king bed, a private bath with jetted tub. There is also a large deck off the back of the house.

This property is 2 blocks to the beach, and is 3 blocks to the dewey nightlife

Boat rentals available, at a very reasonable price. Enjoy all water sports, sking, tubing wakeboarding, fishing, sightseeing.

Loved our stay! Top-notch Rental Property!

This property is absolutely perfect for larger groups and families! Everyond in our group was so impressed with the size, quality, layout and interior of this property! All of the bedrooms are of a good size and offer privacy. The upstairs living area is huge and provides enough space to cook a large meal and not feel cramped. On a quieter side street but just a short walk to the beach and to shops/bars/restaurants. We will definitely be back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
