Wäller office:

The apartment has a custom built from solid oak exterior staircase and is accessible from the garden side. On the first floor you reach here by a distinct, separate door, country-style in the hallway of the apartment. In the apartment a with a successful blend of ancient and modern:

Enter the 20 square meter living room whose floor is covered with solid larch wood floors and the walls consisting partly of ancient half-timbered, part of rustic plaster in Mediterranean colors. Here you can make yourself after a long walk on the huge, cozy living area comfortably, which offers plenty of space for the whole family. Let's pass the day with a glass of wine in review or relax easily in front of the large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD recorder.

Or would you prefer but prepare a delicious meal for themselves and their loved ones in the kitchen, with a new, modern fitted kitchen 19 m² kitchen? There will in any case not miss anything: in addition to electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, the kitchen is also equipped with all other utensils needed for cooking. It naturally covers a basic configuration with usual spices, garbage bags, etc.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: In the larger bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The clothes can be housed in an antique linen closet.

The second bedroom has two comfortable bunk beds, each 90 x 200 cm tall and was built as a bunk bed between two truss structures. There is also a cozy built-in wardrobe, space for washing but also offers other things. From this bedroom patio doors leading to the garden.

Liebevolle und hochwertige Einrichtung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der qualitativ sehr hochwertig eingerichteten Ferienwohnung! Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die Wanderungen im Westerwaldsteig sehr genossen und uns danach in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung entspannen können. Ob in der Badewanne oder auf dem großen gemütlichen Sofa, es war ein Traum. Gerne kommen wir wieder um noch ein paar Tage im schönen Westerwald zu verbringen!

Tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung. Trotzdem ist Altenkirchen in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, wo man alles findet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht.

Die Wohnung ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Küchenausstattung ist fast wie zu Hause.

Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist groß genug, dass vier Personen gut darauf den Abend verbringen können. Ausgeklappt ist sie auch zum Schlafen sehr bequem.

Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und sicher auch selbst noch einmal wieder kommen.

Top geplegte Wohnung in herzlicher Atmosphäre

Diese Fewo ist nur zu empfehlen!

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang wurden wir in eine äusserst geräumige, top gepflegte und blitzsaubere Fewo gefürt. In der Küche fand sich ein frischer Strauß bunter Gartenblumen und auch das Babybett war schon aufgebaut und liebevoll bezogen.

Das Wohnzimmer wird dominiert von einer riesigen Couch und einem großen Flachbildfernseher. Hier finden sich auch diverse DVDs für jeden Geschmack, Bücher, Spiele, etc.

Das Bad besitzt allen Komfort - Eckbadewanne, Bidet, Dusche mit Massageduschkopf und kuschelig weiche Handtücher.

Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Kinderstuhl und -besteck über Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Pflaster und Salatschleuder...ist alles vorhanden.

Die gesamte Wohnung weist einen ansprechenden Mix aus alt und neu auf - die urigen Weichholzmöbeln vor freigelegten Fachwerkwänden harmonieren gut mit modernen Wohnelementen.

Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und die Lage sehr ruhig und dennoch nur einige Autominuten von der nächsten Stadt entfernt.

Für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund, Kind oder Pferd ist der Lindenhof das perfekte Domizil!

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einem mehr als wunderbare Unterkunft genossen. Viel zu kurz ist der einzige Kommentar. Sehr nette Familie, tolle Umgebung, schöne Wetter... was man sich wünschen. Wir werden es niemandem empfehlen!!

Schön erholt....

...haben wir uns in der in der geräumigen und großzügig zugeschnittenen Wohnung, die zudem sehr schön eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet war.

Gemütlich waren auch die Stunden im Wohnzimmer auf der sehr großen Couch, auf der sich locker vier Personen "rumlümmeln" können.

Nur wenige Meter haben uns von Wanderwegen im Wald oder aber von der in der Nähe vorbeifliessenden Wied getrennt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen ebenfalls nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Gemeinsamer Urlaub

Wir fanden eine überaus großzügige,mit schönen alten Möbeln bestückte, Wohnung vor.Der Garten darf ganz genutzt werden,für Kinder und Erwachsene eine feine Sache.Meine beiden Enkel durften helfen die Pferde zu putzen,unsere Vermieterin hat es mit Rat begleitet und ein Ausritt danach war das Highlight.Die Wied ,ein kleiner Fluß unweit der Fewo,wurde zum " Badeplantschspass"und rege genutzt.Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Urlaub und können das Feriendomizil wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

In only 11 houses counting village Bergshausen we offer on our formerly used as a farm property to a generous Non smoking apartment for 2-6 persons. You are welcome to bring your dog and your horse to our large pastures or place in an open stable.

Bergshausen is a district of the county town of old churches, which has all the shopping and services of an agent center. You can easily reach in just a few minutes.

Despite the proximity to the Old Churches Bergshausen is very rural, surrounded by forests, meadows and Wied. So you can directly from the house for a good walk, leave a bicycle or horseback ride and enjoy nature.

Bergshausen itself has only one way access road that ends at the exit. So there is no through traffic.

The mountains of the Westerwald stretches between the cities of Bonn, Frankfurt, Koblenz and Siegen and is also often referred to as a green oasis. The county town of old churches located in the front Westerwald, which is characterized by gently rolling landscapes. The Westerwald is considered excellent hiking region, is also excellent for cycling. In particular vacationers who want to relax in nature, are right here. Since May 2008 there is the Westerwaldsteig that leads in 16 stages over a total of 235 kilometers from the Rhine to Herborn and it also passes near Old churches.
