The pool overlooks the Indian River and provides spectacular views of the Kennedy Space Center and shuttle launches. Just seven minutes from Cocoa Beach and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, you can come back each night to a private dock where you can fish and enjoy the incredible sunset.

My family had a wonderful stay here this August. The cottage was clean and very comfortable and we really enjoyed watching the birds, dolphins and manatees while fishing from the dock. We were very sorry to have to leave and hope to come back soon. Great pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful sunrises too.

We had a great holiday here. The views were amazing - watching dolphins in the river and we think we saw manatees on the pier. The property was clean and very well equipped - probably the best we've been. The owner was very friendly but we didn't see much of her even though she lived next door. The theme parks were only an hours drive away and the Space centre very close. Our only regret was that the space shuttle was delayed so we didn't see it go! My sons aged 17 and 14 voted this the best place as they could try fishing off the pier and the they loved the big waves on the local beaches.
We definitely will come back!

Peaceful Sunrise

This vacation rental has an amazing sunrise view from either the Master Bedroom or the Kitchen area. You can sit on a swing for two on the private dock and enjoy the Indian River. It has a direct view of the NASA shuttle launches. The property is very clean. The owner is accommodating and courteous. You have a private entrance in and have full access and viewing of an infinity pool and jacuzzi immediately at the door step. It is conveniently located by both Kennedy Space Station and Cocoa Beach. I will absolutely recommend this to a friend and intend to return for another stay.

Great views, pool and location

We, a family of four stayed in the cottage in May 2009. We loved the pool, hot tub and location. The waterfront view is wonderful and neighborhood is great for riding bikes or walking/jogging.

The highway is close so that you can access Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral (cruise lines) or the Kennedy Space Center easily. This property is private yet accessible to everything.

The owners are accomodating and friendly. The off street parking was also a big plus.

Great Property for east central coast of FLA

I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Cocoa area. Rhonda Sharp, owner, is extremely accomodating, southern hospitality at its best. I promise you won't find another property with the amenities and gracious owners that this one has. We will be back to stay in that property.
